After both having seriously successful solo projects, with Modat debuting on 2 vinyl only hits, and Lauter advocating a string of deadly independent releases.

Its only natural that the two finally come together and put knock up an EP that garners everything JJ is all about. LA Bump EP is the perfect packet of slick silky grooves peppered with well though out and interesting soundscapes this EP is the perfect warmup package.

'LA' is built from the ground up to be a well rounded warmup track, haunting pads, with skipping kits that are led by a tin rim and snare shot. Topped off, soft vocal cuts are littered purposefully all over that all together rub you up just the right way.

'Believe The Bump' chugs along giving the listener distant pads covered in flicking and dotted percussion with full breathed vocal cuts, with constantly moving metallic stabs and more delicate vocal pops this one compliments the first track and then some.
